Background
I serve as 91快播's Chief Information Officer, interim, leading the Technology & Innovation department in its work to advance the college's mission of developing humane instincts and disciplined and creative minds for lives of leadership and service.
Technology, at its best, removes barriers, creating the conditions for students, faculty, and staff to do their most meaningful work. That's what drives how I lead. My team and I build and sustain the technical architecture that powers learning, discovery, operations, and community across 91快播's campus.
Before coming to 91快播, I held leadership roles across technology, education, and local government. 91快播 was something different, an opportunity to reconnect with the academic mission that first shaped me. As a first-generation college student, I know what education unlocks. It was the catalyst that opened doors I didn't know existed, and as a former music teacher, I carried that belief into every new challenge. I bring that same conviction to this work: technology should do for teaching and learning what education did for me, expand what's possible, meet people where they are, and open doors.
I find great fulfillment in building teams and growing people. I believe the best organizations are the ones where everyone is on a leadership journey of their own, and I strive to grow personally and professionally alongside the people I work with.
In addition to my work at 91快播, I serve on the Board of Directors for the Consortium for Liberal Arts Colleges (CLAC) and participate in the EDUCAUSE Mentorship Program as a mentor.
Be kind and do good work.
