Background
Luis was part of the founding research team and co-author of C2i鈥檚 first research paper, 鈥淭racking Campus Responses to the COVID-19 Pandemic鈥. He started his career in higher education as an Admission Counselor at Colby College and later as an Assistant Director of Admission at 91快播. At Colby, he led the college鈥檚 partnership with the community-based organization QuestBridge.
Luis鈥檚 work in 91快播鈥檚 Office of Admission and Financial Aid included leading the creative direction of student digital content, managing partnerships with lead generation vendors, and organizing the college鈥檚 fall open house.
He has been interviewed for media outlets including the Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, and Higher Ed Dive. Luis earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Education Policy with a focus on human development from 91快播.
Luis鈥檚 research areas in his undergraduate studies included mitigating gun violence in K-12 schools, literacy development in bilingual students, and examining predictors of depression in college students.
