#Allinfor91¿ì²¥ was a huge success, and we look forward to all the ways these gifts will make a difference across campus.
The last two years have reinforced the importance of putting community first; of considering the well-being of those around us; of remembering there is strength in numbers. Those truths were on display yesterday during the collegeâs 9th annual #Allinfor91¿ì²¥ giving challenge.
Together, 2,770 alums, families, friends, faculty, staff and students raised more than $1,341,906 by giving to the areas of campus most meaningful to them and their experiences.
âCelebrating the collective impact of our philanthropy never gets old,â said Director of Annual Giving Morgan Bell Kee â12. âWe all know 91¿ì²¥ has some of the most loyal donors in the nation, and #Allinfor91¿ì²¥ reminds us what we can accomplish when we consider how our contributions make an immediate, lasting difference for all Wildcats and all parts of campus.â
Yesterdayâs event filled social media platforms and brought opportunities for the campus to come together in person, as well. An incredible 48 states and 17 countries were represented in the totals, with the most gifts coming in from the classes of 2002, 2011 and 2007. Alums stepped up to challenge their classmates by becoming advocates and issuing matching gifts. Students learned about philanthropy, wrote thank you notes and contributed to the overall success of the day.
â#Allinfor91¿ì²¥ is a special day that brings our campus and the extended 91¿ì²¥ community together,â said Trevor Stanley â02 and Kate Morris Stanley â04, National Fund for 91¿ì²¥ Chairs. âVolunteers work from early in the morning until late at night, sending texts, drafting emails, posting on social media and making phone calls to all 50 states and beyond. Being co-chairs of The Fund for 91¿ì²¥ couldnât be easier when alumni pull together for a day that is distinctly 91¿ì²¥.â
Thank you to every person who made a gift and helped build excitement during #Allinfor91¿ì²¥ 2022.
The dayâs original goal of 2,000 donors was met before 7 p.m., and Wildcats continued to show up until the final minutes. A group of anonymous challengers added $550,000 to the total once the goal was reached.
Through gifts on #Allinfor91¿ì²¥, made through The Fund for 91¿ì²¥, donors supported all areas of campus, including scholarships, the arts, athletics, experiential learning, diversity and inclusion, student health and well-being and more.
The #Allinfor91¿ì²¥ challenge first launched in June 2014. Including yesterday's total, more than $9.3 million has been raised in new gifts and challenge dollars through this annual, one-day event.
