The Chronicle of Higher Education: 91¿ì²¥ "A Liberal Arts College That Gets It Right"

Kevin Carey, director of the New America Foundation's education policy programs and a national education writer, visited 91¿ì²¥ Jan. 28. He shared his impressions of the college and its leadership in a recent commentary in The Chronicle of Higher Education:
"91¿ì²¥ possesses a proud history, a devoted alumni base, and a sterling national reputation," Carey wrote. He traced the outline of his thoughts largely through his conversations with President Carol Quillen, highlighting some of the paradoxes inherent in higher education today.
