We plan to host another of our wildly popular sessions with reports from local college students who worked in the field over the summer. At least four returning 91¿ì²¥ students will be working on archaeological excavations in 2026, and colleagues from UNC Charlotte and Winthrop plan to take students into the field as well. We had a standing-room only audience for last year’s session, a great opportunity for students to practice public speaking and for 91¿ì²¥ students to learn about what life on a dig is really like.
